Common requests

• Icon reclassification: tell us which icon belongs in a different niche and why. We ship updates inside our quarterly seed run.
• Missing icon: if a transparent PNG you expected is not in the library, send us the OpenMoji hexcode and we will check whether it was filtered out by the relevance scoring.
• License question: the canonical resource is the OpenMoji FAQ. We can help with general questions but defer to OpenMoji for legal edge cases.

What we do not do

We do not produce custom icon work, we do not licence icons individually outside of CC BY-SA 4.0, and we do not run sponsored placements anywhere on the site.
