Privacy policy

IconVault is a server-rendered PHP website. We do not require accounts, we do not run client-side analytics, and we do not collect personally identifying information about visitors beyond what your browser sends with every HTTP request (IP address, user agent, referrer). Standard server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are used only to debug performance and abuse issues.

Cookies

IconVault does not set tracking cookies. The site may set a single session cookie if you submit the contact form, used purely to prevent duplicate submissions. The cookie expires when you close your browser.

Third-party assets

The site loads two third-party assets: Google Fonts (for the Inter and Space Grotesk type families) and the OpenMoji image CDN at openmoji.org (for the icons themselves). Both providers may log your IP address per their own privacy policies. If this concerns you, a privacy-respecting browser extension that blocks third-party fonts and image hotlinks will not break the IconVault experience meaningfully — the layout falls back to system fonts and icons would still be downloadable from each detail page.

Advertising

The site contains placeholder slots for AdSense advertising. At the time of writing these slots are not connected to a live AdSense account, so no advertising cookies are set. If we activate AdSense in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose the cookies set by Google's advertising network.
